Beginning classes are designed for anyone. All classes begin with warm up exercises and include short rest periods durning the class. Many classes are ongoing so you can join them at any time.
Monday/ Wednesday: Green Valley Park at 8 am (Tai Chi for Arthritis and short stick weapon) 9 am Tai Chi for Arthritis forms
Tuesday/Thursday: Green Valley Park advanced students only 8 am
Saturdays: 9 AM Rumsey Park near the pool
Educational channel 11 on Suddenlink cable--video class of tai chi and qigong--runs 24 hours a day on a loop also containing a yoga class
